About Sarah Callaway Sulma

A fourth generation Houstonian, Sarah grew up in Tanglewood and attended The Kinkaid School. Upon graduation, Sarah chose the foothills of Santa Barbara, California for college. She returned to Houston in 2009 and began working for world renowned Houston restaurateur Tony Vallone. Sarah quickly became an invaluable asset to Mr. Vallone but wanted to transition into real estate.

Real estate was a natural fit for Sarah. She started as a licensed assistant to Top Producer Cathy Cagle in 2010.

Working for Cathy, Sarah honed her skills and became experienced in all aspects of real estate - from relocation to assisting buyers and sellers in all areas of Houston and at all price points. She quickly developed a reputation as one of the top assistants in Houston and developed a name for herself amongst the real estate industry and the Houston community. Sarah also represented her own clients and she and Cathy have been Top Producers every year.

Sarah and Cathy are now partners, often co-listing properties. She has quickly climbed the ranks to become a Top Producer, representing an impressive base of both buyers and sellers in the Houston community.

Sarah and her husband Scott live in the Heights and are actively involved with their community. They are basketball fans and enjoy attending Houston Rockets games as well as cheering for their favorite college teams (Sarah for the North Carolina Tar Heels and Scott for the Kansas Jayhawks). Sarah volunteers with her alma mater Kinkaid and enjoys skiing and hiking in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and golf and hiking in the mountains of North Carolina.
